Why the rules matter
The policy is direct about consequences: violations can lead to account restrictions, coin deductions or account freezes. For a host, that means lost earnings. For an agency, it means lost commission. Both have a reason to take the rules seriously.
1. Your full face must be visible
Full-face visibility is required in the interview and on calls. Hiding your face, pointing the camera elsewhere or leaving the frame goes against this rule.
2. Do not share personal contact numbers
Hosts are restricted from sharing personal contact numbers with users. Keep conversations inside the app. This rule also protects your own privacy and safety.
3. Do not let another person take your calls
The registered host must be the person on the call. Substituting a friend, relative or anyone else is prohibited, even for a short time.
4. No pornographic or nude content
Pornographic and nude content is prohibited in both live rooms and private rooms. There is no exception for private calls.
5. One account per host
Each host may hold only one host account. Do not register a second account with different details.
Rules that start at registration
Some requirements apply before you ever take a call: a real avatar, a real album and a personal video at registration, then showing your full face and introducing yourself in the interview. Repeatedly rejecting or missing interview calls may affect your eligibility. See the interview guide.

- Is my face fully visible right now?
- Am I the registered host on this account?
- Have I kept my phone number and other contact numbers private?
- Is everything on camera appropriate for the platform?
- Is this my only host account?
What the policy does not spell out
The policy we work from does not list a fixed penalty for each violation, so we cannot say how many coins are deducted or how long a restriction lasts in a given case. If your account has been restricted, contact us with the details.
