Before you start
Hiiu Live host registration asks for real, personal material. Getting it ready first makes the application quick:
- A nickname you are happy to be known by on the app.
- A real avatar — a clear photo of you, not a celebrity, cartoon or stock image.
- A real album — your own photos.
- A personal video of yourself.
The form may also request other information. Fill in everything it asks for.
Step 1: Registration
Tap Join as Host on our Hiiu Hosting page to message us on WhatsApp. We will send you the host registration link. Complete the form with the items above. Because the policy specifically asks for a real avatar and a real album, use photos in which your face is clearly visible. They should match the person who will appear in the interview and on calls.
Step 2: Interview
After you register, you receive an interview call. On that call you must show your full face and introduce yourself. That is the whole requirement stated in the policy, so the best preparation is simple: good light, a steady phone and a short introduction.
One warning matters here. The policy says that repeatedly rejecting or missing interview calls may affect your registration eligibility. Keep your phone nearby and your internet connection on once you have applied. Our interview guide covers this in more detail.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Using photos that are not you. The avatar and album must be real.
- Covering your face in the interview. Your full face has to be visible.
- Ignoring the interview call. Repeated missed or rejected calls can count against you.
- Creating a second account. The policy allows one account per host.
- Letting someone else interview or take calls for you. Substituting another person is prohibited.
After you are approved
Approved hosts can earn through video calls, replying to messages and gifts. Read Understanding Hiiu Live Host Earnings for the rate schedule, and the hosting rules so your account stays in good standing.
