The three settlement terms in the policy
- Weekly agency withdrawals. Agencies withdraw on a weekly basis.
- A Monday-to-Sunday settlement period in IST. Each period starts on Monday and ends on Sunday, measured in Indian Standard Time.
- Agency income transfer at 00:00 on Monday. Agency income is transferred at midnight at the start of Monday.
What the week looks like
Through the week, your recruited hosts take video calls. You can follow their weekly earnings from the agency dashboard, which is the fifth step of the Anchor Invite process. When Sunday ends in IST, the settlement period ends with it, and the policy places the agency income transfer at 00:00 on Monday.
Because the period is defined in IST, agencies and hosts in India can read the schedule directly, with no time-zone conversion.
Transfer is not the same as money in your bank
The policy gives a time for the agency income transfer and says withdrawals are weekly. It does not state how long a withdrawal takes to reach a bank account. Please do not plan around an instant bank settlement on Monday morning. Ask us about current processing times before you commit to payments of your own.
How settlement connects to commission
The amount settled is driven by your commission: your hosts' qualifying video earnings multiplied by your class rate, from 5% to 15%. See Hiiu Agency Commission Explained for the class table and try the illustrative calculator.
Good habits for agencies
- Check your hosts' weekly earnings before the period closes on Sunday.
- Keep your own record of each week's figures so you can compare them with what is transferred.
- Remind hosts of the hosting rules. Violations can lead to coin deductions for the host.
- Raise any mismatch quickly, with the week and the host concerned.
What still needs confirmation
